How does the motion sensor light bulb work?

This motion sensor light bulb will keep lighting for 40-60s PER the FIRST installation without detecting any motion in sensor area ( If there is an object moving, the bulb will always keep lighting on until the movement ceases –only for first installation).

After the sensor light bulb turns off automatically, it will enter the normal model: it only turns on in the dark and dusk when motion is detected and turns off after 30 seconds later without any detecting motion
